1.1 Information you provide
- Account data: name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a salted hash).
- Billing data: billing address and payment tokens processed by our PCI-DSS compliant partners. Poidex does not store raw card numbers.

1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pod creation, runtime, GPU type, and resource consumption used for metering and billing.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and access timestamps.
- Log data: server logs for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
We do not access, inspect, or use the contents of your workloads, datasets, or models except where strictly necessary to investigate a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or to comply with a valid legal request.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provision, operate, meter, and bill for GPU compute resources.
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To provide customer support and service notifications.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and SSH keys.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Pod data and attached volumes are deleted shortly after a pod or volume is terminated.
6. GDPR Compliance
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Poidex acts as a data controller for account data and as a data processor for content you store on your pods.
